Optimizing Technology Transfer Protocol
To maximize our service and solution, we go through the full realization of our valuable customer, particularly the development and benefits plans. Both, the Supply chain enhancement and Technology transfer capture need to be achieved by full co-ordination from customer side. Very often the key project engineering has been done outside of the client area and carried out by the other Technology Transfer Operator. Consequently, this procedure creates barriers to the client to insert themselves into the supply chain. They obtain a relatively low proportion of the supply contracts as compared to other projects.
It is likely that significantly higher protections of project engineering and management would required either, or both of, physically importing skilled resources into client area from overseas. We take this opportunity as an offshore job and do the specific engineering program at their regional area.
